Why did we choose 190T when 210T and 230T are popular in modern sleeping bags?
The answer lies in our relentless pursuit of comfortable sleep, backed by countless tests and improvements.

During the development of the It’s DEMO sleeping bag, we discovered that 210T and 230T fabrics tend to trap humidity, leading to discomfort from excess moisture.
That’s why we deliberately chose 190T!

By significantly enhancing breathability, we have achieved a stress-free sleeping experience.

Featuring Air-Fill Fibers!

Striving for a better product, we conducted numerous experiments and tests, ultimately discovering that feathers are not suitable for sleeping bags equipped with electric heating plates.

At the beginning of development, we initially considered using “feathers” for the inner lining, under the assumption that premium materials equate to superior quality. Feathers are known for their luxurious feel and excellent insulation properties.

However, when factoring in electric heating plates, as well as windproof and waterproof features, the following challenges became evident:

①Feathers absorb moisture easily and deteriorate over time.
It was found that feathers lose their performance when exposed to humidity, making them unsuitable for long-term use.

②The heat conduction is not uniform.
In areas where feathers are densely packed, heat accumulates excessively, while in areas with gaps, heat does not spread sufficiently. As a result, it becomes difficult to distribute the warmth from the electric heating plates evenly.

To overcome the challenges of feathers and create a comfortable, high-performance sleeping bag, we chose Air-Fill Fibers.

This could expose the heating plates and wiring to water, leading to risks of short circuits, electric shocks, or even fires, potentially resulting in serious accidents.

Furthermore, using a washing machine subjects the components to strong water currents and rotational impacts, which can not only strip the waterproof coating but also damage the wiring, significantly increasing the risk of malfunctions and electrical leakage.

For this reason, we prioritize the long-term safety and performance of our heating plates and recommend spot cleaning instead of machine washing. Thanks to the Anti-Splash 190T Nylon used in our design, surface stains can be easily wiped clean without soaking the product.
